It’s amazing how much economic power older Americans have for driving the economy.

Being 50 with two young kids I am very connected to the issues Brian highlights here around later parent = later retirement.

I think many of us in this group are thinking about work life balance in a different way.

Being a little older and watching my kids grow I'm very conscious about how fast the time passes. Maybe being a little older allows me to appreciate this more?

So how can we design a lifestyle around family while still meeting our economic priorities?

Going away from this idea that you disappear from 9-5 and see your kids in the evening and on weekends.
